I've done everything to rule out the common intestinal disorders with a lower GI, stool sample for blood, barium enima, anti-depressants, anti-spasmotics, therapy and fiber a large portion of my life, not to mention, various herbs. Nothing but Tramadol HCL in good size doses will change the pain or the chronic constipation (ribbon type no more than an inch long all my life).
