I decided to go back to my Doctors and saw another member of the practise who oroginates from South Africa and she immediately told me i must rduce the dosage as they definately cause depression, who do you believe !!!!!!!. The point I broke at was about 1200mg+ a day. For almost 2 years. I was using 180 pills or so every week (thats supposed to last a month) It was (is) bad. My nose was constantly running, by the afternoon there was lite amounts of blood in my nose, their was blood in my stool constantly. I was shaking. I didn't know about the 400mg a day limit.
