  1. Log in to http://market.android.com
  2. Click on My Account option
  3. Hit the Recovering Password option
  4. Enter password (to validate whether it’s you)
  5. Under the SMS Section, do the following :
        1. Click Edit
        2. If your phone number is already there, then remove your phone number but if number is not there, then directly go to step 6 provided below.
        3. Save
        4. Sign Out
        5. Sign back in, go back to same page as needed – or if prompted:
        6. Enter and save your phone number thereafter
        7. Sign Out
  6. Log on to http://market.android.com
  7. Click on My Market Account option
  8. Click Settings tab – your phone should now appear!
