DBDesigner

DBDesigner 4 is a free available database design system that integrates database design, modelling, creation and maintenance into a single, seamless environment.

It is written for Windows 2k/XP and Linux KDE/Gnome to support both, the Windows and the Linux platform.

DBDesigner 4 is developed and optimized for the MySQL-Database.

DBDesigner is available for free download and is published under the GNU GPL License.

安装指南

对Debian用户

从DBDesigner的官方网站下载软件包，解压缩后放到(比如/opt)目录下。
运行一下 ./startdbd
运行./DBDesigner4，这时会发现少了一个libborqt-6.9-qt2.3.so，
下载 http://ftp.gentoo.or.kr/distfiles/libborqt-6.9.0-qt2.3.so.tgz 或
从这里获得
http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/kylixlibs/kylixlibs3-borqt_3.0-1_i386.deb
dpkg -i kylixlibs3-borqt_3.0-1_i386.deb，这时可能会发现少一个xlibs，从这里获得http://packages.debian.org/stable/libs/xlibs
安装： dpkg -i xlibs_4.3.0.dfsg.1-14sarge1_all.deb
这时再安装kylixlibs3-borqt：dpkg -i kylixlibs3-borqt_3.0-1_i386.deb
运行./DBDesigner4

对Ubuntu用户

从这里获得http://packages.ubuntu.com/breezy/libs/xlibs 安装：dpkg -i xlibs_6.8.2-77.1_all.deb
