安装

tar zxvf  pentaho_demo-1.2.1.625-GA.tar.gz
./start-pentaho.sh

获得 http://download.huihoo.com/pentaho/pentaho-1.2.1-linux-opensource-installer.bin
chmod a+x pentaho-1.2.1-linux-opensource-installer.bin
./pentaho-1.2.1-linux-opensource-installer.bin 根据向导完成安装

安装成功后, 会在 MySQL 中创建如下库:

启动系统

./start-pentaho.sh
http://localhost:8080/pentaho // 成功进入 :) 初步浏览了一下，功能十分强大
http://localhost:8080/portal/portal/pentaho/ // 也提供了基于 JBoss Portal 的商务智能门户方案

安装 Pentaho Design Studio, 让其与 Pentaho Solutions 结合使用

导入 Pentaho Solutions

./PentahoDesignStudio 
File > New > Project > General 
创建 Pentaho Solutions 的项目 
并定位目录: pentaho-demo/pentaho-solutions/, 这时将 pentaho-solutions导入 Eclipse
