S60 Browser is a WEB browser capable of rendering most WEB pages on the small screen of typical S60 -based devices. The Java Script support of the browser in S60 Platform starting from S60 Platform Second Edition Feature Pack 3 is based on Open Source Software (OSS) Java Script engine called KJS.

KJS(Java Script Engine) used by S60 Browser is based on the Apple JavaScriptCore

The KJS Java Script engine is subject to the GNU Library/Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
